FLASH: Scroll + Dynamic page loading

How would I go about loading text from a database into

a scrollable window with each line of text

corresponding to a different url.


I'm trying to make an interface that allows the user

to scroll through a list that was created on the fly

from info loaded from a database.  When clicked it

will open the url in a new window.
