FLASH: launching notepad problem

I have a flash movie that I published in a .exe format which will be

incorporated into a CD I'm making.  I have 3 buttons - one that launches

explorer to browse the contents of the CD, another to launch notepad to open

a ReadMe.txt file, and another to close the movie.  The explorer and quit

button work great!  The problem with the readme button is that it only

launches notepad.  It does not open the readme.txt.  I've tried specifying a

directory (I copied the readme.txt to the C:\ directory) but to no avail.


I'm using a exec command under the FS Command.  For the arguments I have

"notepad readme.txt".  I've tried it with and without the quotes and I've

tried adding a .\readme.txt.


Any ideas?  I'm lost here....
