I hate Flash 4's Publish Feature and don't even use it. All you need are
the OBJECT/EMBED tags, with certain attributes.
For general info about HTML and Flash, check out:

In the meantime, get rid of all those idiotic comment tags; they won't
affect your Flash at all.
