All in all, the flash work isn't all that impressive (though it's pretty darn
nice). What makes it seem so impressive for the most part is the 3D elements.
The reason I say it's not all that impressive is that in the interface design
section, most of the buttons are simple rollovers that snap back to start
position on rollout rather than using a tell target to animate to the start
position. Don't be intimidated.
