I've done a bit of work combining flash and video into the same page...

you can put video over the top of flash in ie4+ using win32, in
everything else it's no use...

to prevent your computer from shitting itself, it's an idea for the
flash not to be animating too much...

I was working with windows media player, though some small experiments
with real worked as well...

can't remember if I tried quicktime or not... they should all work
(though only in ie4+ on win32)
in netscape flash and the video compete to draw themselves on top of
each other, so it looks like shit...
