First, thanks a lot for your suggestions everyone. You've given me some new
ideas. What I'm trying to do here is to control a streaming video file from
within a flash file. For instance by making a TVset in flash and have the
videofile play inside the screen, being able to control volume, play, stop
etc. from the flashfile.
I suppose I could use iframe, as brzys suggested, but then I exclude other
browsers than IE4.x. I also thought of putting the videofile on a different
layer on the webpage, but that excludes older browsers. So what I was hoping
for was that it would be possible to embed it into the flashfile itself in
some way...
