FLASH: Transparencies in Flash

Hi everyone.  I should know the answer to this, but I'm at a loss...


In my flash movie, I have a puppet that is juggling heads.  The puppet

is one layer, and the heads are another layer, grouped together.  The

flash movie is doing what I want it to do.


My problem is that you can see the outlines of the head transparencies.


Does anyone know of a way to make a transparency so that it doesn't show

the outline of the edges when it is imported into Flash?  It looks like

each head has a circle around it.


I made the transparencies in Photoshop 5.5 .   Is there something else

you know of that might help me, or am I doing something wrong?
