? Was someone trying to get some response from someone at shockwave.com?
did they mail a particular request to a particular address?

I just doublechecked the CDT site and did not see new pages... is there a
list of unresponsive companies somewhere? Once I know if there's a problem
and what it is then I can try to push it internally, thanks.

If I misread, though, then no need to reply, thanks.
