The only way I can think of doing what you need to do is stopping the .swf
file in flash player on the frame w/image you need. Then do a screen capture
- command, shift, 3 (on your keyboard, not your keypad). It will then show
up in your HD directory as "Picture 1". Open it up in Photoshop, or whatever
you use, and crop out everything but your image.
BTW, I hope the image is yours & not someone else's. If so you didn't get
this info from me.
