FLASH: new flasher - simple ? (I hope!)

Is there some trick to loading a 'vars.txt' into a movie clip?


I am successful at loading to level 0 variables.txt and displaying elements

of such in a text box. But doing the same thing to a MC called from that

movie is a no-go! What be the trick?
