I'm not sure if you are trying to upgrade from MM or on your Intranet.
Does a computer that works OK with Flash crash when going to the upgrade
site?
Try reinstalling one of the computers with the ActiveX inataller
(FlashAXInstall.exe) found in your Flash Players folder.
