The send.asp file has to reside on a server that supports asp. You can test
by setting up Personal Web Server on your own machine and copying the files
to the root of the server (c:\webshare\wwwroot in my configuration) then
access them from your browser using http://localhost/filename.asp

Hope this is good info - I'm certainly not an expert, as I just finally got
my first "hello world" asp file to work on my PWS here yesterday!
