FLASH: New Browser Window Opened w. No Toolbars

I first apologize if this is a basic or previously asked question, but I

can't find the answer anywhere else:

I want to open another html page when you click on a Flash button, but I

don't want the standard browser menu bar or url field to appear.  I just

want to see the browser frame and that's it.

How can I do this?

(Is it a paramater in the Get URL Action?)
