Assuming they are all in one layer _and nothing else is_, lock all the other
layers and select Edit Multiple Frames at the bottom of the Timeline. Select
the amount of frames you want by dragging the selection thing at the top of
the Timeline, then choose Anchor Onion under Modify Onion Layers, also at
the bottom of the Timeline. Then select all. You should be able to use the
Object Inspector to resize.
