Someone calling themselves "King Carrot" can *never* sound like a broken
record.... ;-)

Seriously, instead of saying to the world "im crashing" you'll get faster
results by finding the difference there. The technotes *do* describe how to
isolate parts, and any support call would *have* to insure that these
basics are tested before they can meaningfully ask you more about the
system.

Statistically, most "mac crash" posts now are caused by the MacOS temp file
issue, which affects several applications. (Do a web search on "mac temp
eradicator" for more.)

For Flash specifically, we've seen other system failures traced to corrupt
fonts, Adobe Type Manager, particular trackball drivers, particular OpenGL
drivers, poor choice of virtual memory settings, more. Other folks can't
predict which is the cause on an unseen system.

Then again, there are "one-or-all-file?" issues... working with big audio
and/or bitmaps in constrained memory has been a fairly frequent hidden
cause of similar symptom presentations to online communities. There could
be *many* possible causes, so they needed to be checked, one by one.

Online is best for discussing shareable experience. Describing your private
experience may or may not get you a useful return. To make unique private
experience more like common private experience, take things apart, one step
at a time.

The one-on-one private support included with each purchase can try to help
you find out what's different there, but this same set of one-by-one
diagnostics is also in the troubleshooting technotes. There's no shortcut
here, sorry.
