It is really not so difficult. Go to MM's website, download the installer,
quit browser, locate the installer, double click the installer, select the
browser of choice if you have more than one browser, the installer does the
job, relaunch the browser, go to the website of your choice. The whole
process shouldn't take more then a few minutes.

And, I might be wrong, but I thought it is all fairly well explained on MM's
download page.
