FLASH: Line default color

This seems like a small thing, but every time I toggle between using the oval or rectangle tool with no line (just fill) and the select tool the line changes from no line to a white line.  With my present project I am jumping between these tools constantly and it is becoming extremely irritating.  I have searched for a default setting in preferences, but to no avail.  Does anybody know of a possible default setting for this?
