Another good work around to this problem was mentioned on this list

recentley (can't remember who by, sorry!)


Make an 18 x 18 movie and set the background to the colour you want (ie the

same as your main movie). Export this file as a gif image (remember to

include the full document size). Then make this image the background of your

html page and set it to tile. This colour should now match your SWF!
