Right click on a movie clip, or button, or frame in your movie and go to
action in the popup menu..

This seems to happens to me from time to time as well. One thing I found
useful is once you have all your panels where you like them, go to window /
save panel layout on the top menu bar and name it something. So if you ever
lose it again, or anything else gets mess up all you need to do is go to
window / panel layout / your panel set up and everything is back to normal.
