2nd thoughts after reading webmonkey article

seems i'm on a mac that isn't affected by color shifts as much

however, an easy fix occurs to me for overcoming the html BG vs. flash
setting

that is, after one's movie is completed, to insert a new bottom layer of the
BG color & drag out a color block to double the screen size all around...
this layer can be made invisible for working within the frame & it only adds
about 8 bytes to the movie's first frame
