Subject: FLASH: OT: Newbie Protocol

Dear Newbies (and I am one)

When you speak to these seasoned Flashers be very careful to speak clearly
and stick to the point.

They are a delightful bunch, in as much as they speak their mind about such
subjects as: spamming; spiritual chain mail; unwanted solitication; and
knowing too little to even bother with. If the question or comment is too
mundane, they will answer you not at all!

I have gone way to the background (most times) to observe the messages and
save the ones that I think I'll need to know about in the short future.

In the meantime, I've been learning a lot about the nature of the program
and seeing some really incredible work done with it.

So newbies, treat these crusty ''old'' Flashers gently --- they are a little
squirrelly but they really know their stuff and are true guru's when they
help us out of the challenges we encounter.

sincerely,
Isabel email: izziartatnuc [dot] net http://www.isabelsmith.com
