Not true. In the Flash editor the bitmapfill will fill an area based on
the pattern created by the original bitmap placement and size.
In the exported swf file, as the movie scales so does the bitmap. So the
same standard warning for bitmaps, applies equally to bitmap fills. Any
bitmap that scales may not stay exactly like planned at all sizes and in
all browsers, but this is rarely a problem with texture or other bitmap
images whose primary use is fill or background.
