CMMD-P prints the focused window.

CMMD-SHIFT-3 dumps the entire desktop (all monitors) to a PICT at the 

root of the Startup volume

CMMD-SHIFT-4 gives you a target cursor to select the content you wish, 

then dumps a PICT as above.

'Print Desktop' is only accessible via the 'File' menu, unless you have 

hacked your Finder or use FinderMenuTuner (or similar utility).
