Check the Macromedia site.

They want a lot of money for a third party to distribute anything.

The best you can do is have the Flash plugin/object  already installed as a

requirement.

MM says that 70-80% have it installed anyway; definitely the latest Mac

system, Netscape, and IE/W98 come equiped with it.
