FLASH: Flash and frames

How does one tell a Flash movie to jump to a specific movie frame from a

different html frame.

ie a two framed site, top and bottom. I have a flash movie in the top frame.

And would like a button in the bottom frame (no flash in this frame) to jump

the topframe flash movie to another movie frame. I hope thats clear! Please

help.
