With Flash 4 and the new Get Timer function making a countdown animation
is easy.
With Flash 3 you can use movie clips to make a timer. If you use
JavaScript and FSCommand you can make it highly accurate.
You can adapter my timer (part 1) an or clock(part 20 to make a timer.

For a projector (exe) get Flash 4, since FSCommand is not an option.
