I am on the middle road on this one.

Fullscreen, if done with proper regard for resolution, is fine provided...
THE SCREEN INCLUDES AN EXIT BUTTON!

It is a real pain to go through the ALT-nurtz zoo in order to
get up the task manager so that I can blow away the bloody thing when
I have finished with it.
