Hi Bonnie,

Go for it. I would start whether Flash 4 shows up or not. Some people
have already received their Flash 4 upgrades.

There are some interface changes from Flash 3 to Flash 4 but these are
more of a problem to adapt to for the more experianced Flasher who goes
by rote rather than someone just starting. If you've spent little time
with Flash then you will be using things that are primarily Flash 3 in
nature at first anyway (Flash 3 or 4). Also, any work you start in Flash
3 can be opened up and continued in Flash 4. Note, once you save an FLA
in Flash 4 you can't take it back to Flash 3 though.
