FLASH: Shape Tweening :Question

hi all, question how would i shape a circle into words? 

(i mean i saw an example of how it's done)

but how did the circle turn into text? - ( i used the text tool did not work)


i know how to change the cirlce into anything but how to text?


i made a cirlce made it shape tween but at the end how wouldi get that circle 

to turn into text?


ex: i made a cirlce then how would i get it to say 'TEST' ?


do i have to select parts of the cirlce and shape the parts into letters?
