Subject: RE: FLASH: Compiling Multiple FLAs.....

I learned how to this a few days ago on a project I had to finish, gathering
several HTML sites: I converted the HTML into a fla file and then copy
layers by layers (crtl+alt+c) and paste them (ctrl+alt+v) into the main MC.
It imports all symbols, nested MC authomatically, however, if you have
scripts it screws them up. One way to prevent this, I found, is, FIRST
thing, manually import all the symbols, instances, etc. , and then
copy/paste layers. With this trick all the ActionScript coding are kept
just fine.
Hope this helps
Rita

Yes, the only way is to select and copy n' paste your frames AFAIK. A good
tip when pasting the frames is to select the same amount of frames a nd
layers. It really isn't all that dificult once you get the hang of it.

Templates? No, I just created several (12) different FLA's in order
to make revision simpler, and I need to put them all together into a final
product.

I just use templates that I pre-construct.
Is that what your asking ?

Okay, since you guys knew how to fix the WAV problem, how in the
world do I put multiple FLA's together? Is it simply copying and pasting the
frames, or is there a quicker, simpler way?
