When computing download rate, you take the "kbps"
of the connection (56 here) divide by 8.
That gives you kiloBYTES per second...
FCC Note: you never get 56 at 56, you get 53.

...times the amount of time (10 seconds in your case)
so that gives us 66k max.

You can also use Flash's bandwidth profiler,
but it's easier to just do the math.

say we want the animation to start loading within ten seconds on a 56k
modem. Assuming mediocre optimization, could somebody hazard a guess about
what kind of file-size we're looking at here?
