Subject:	FLASH: Newbie Q

Hello everybody!
I have just started using Flash for my own private joy but I founf out that
I cannot make a graphic turn around in a MC.
What I did was:
Do a graphic and then make it rotate.
Create a MC and drag the graphic into it.
Only later I founf out that I had to do the "turning of the object" in the
MC and NOT in the graphic itself.

My question is: Am I doing right? If so, why cannot a graphic move by itself
even though in a MC???
