AND, John,
Has MM any interest in making FW "more of" a Flash-Movie-Development platform?
*Especially* as one-of-several-possible responses to Adobe's
theoretical "raise" (with LiveMotion) of MM's "ante" (Flash)?
(I *can* see that LM ain't really competition (*yet*), but ya (MM)
gotta think of it in those terms, nicht wahr?)
What I envision, eventually, is that folks who wish to insist upon
preferring to think in terms of HTML and gifs and jpegs and even
animated gifs would certainly *really appreciate* (i.e. "fun" "happy"
"carefree" "easy") being able to export a form of their "familiar
thinking" DIRECTLY as a Flash movie. (FAT and HEAVY though the swf
may be, without refinement ... BUT, HECK, *fat bandwidth* is just a
nonce away, right? ... Adobe surely seems to be banking on this.)
Such a move would require that MM *cares to incorparate*
Flash-movies-as-a-feature-of-FW. In my mind, this directly implies a
need for significant "Wizard" "help" within FW4. Have the wizard
coach the "code/photoshop addict" through the proper decision-making
process.
Just some thoughts, the likes of which for which in some arenas I'm
paid very well :-) ,
Ken Sherwood, standing by, ready to be offered a QC position by a
certain software company that appears (somewhat) to "care".

We want them. We need them.
May we have them?
If not, why not?
HECK WE'D PROBABLY EVEN *PAY* YOU FOR THEM!
