Nathalie,

Track as Button is for ordinary buttons, whilst Track as Menu Item is for
buttons/items in Menus that you create.

The Track as Menu item then keeps the MouseOver action active so that the
Menu is showing although you have moved your mouse away from the original
point of entry.

Your closest guide to this is "Track As Menu" in the Flash 4 "Samples". (In
the Help menu on Mac OS) Otherwise, have a look at www.were-here.com or
other flash sites for more info about this.
