FLASH: OT: US Government Seal

Does anyone on this list work for the US government and/or know where I

might find a vector graphic (or a decent-sized bitmap that I could

trace) of the US govt seal--the eagle with a banner in his beak and the

laurel/wheat/whatever-it-is in his claws?  Sorry for off-topic post and

thanks for any leads--I'm coming up blank at all the .gov sites I've

tried.
