Actually I'm in the Wausau area (central WI); Madison's south.


Madison... Madison... Well, I'm reasonably sure there's stuff going on

down there; one place to start your search may be at the U of WI Madison

( http://www.wisc.edu/ ); there are tons of listings (over 400) at

http://search.yahoo.com/bin/search?p=madison+wi on the area in general.


It's one of the more intellectual/artistic areas of the state, so odds

are pretty good there's some reasonably high-tech stuff going on there.
