Hi Marc

I don't understand why you can't see it and I can, and i can't find the
direct URL either. I think that you're right about the scoring movie clip.
Yesterday I tried to make my own puzzle using four squares. On each of the
squares there is a invisible button that tells a movie clip to advance one
frame so that the image you see changes. On each of the keyframes of that
movie clip i have tell target commands that tell a differend movie clip to
go forwards or backwards. There are three possible outcome's let's say red,
green and yellow. When you switch from red to green the action is: "go to
next frame"
when you switch from green to yellow again: "go to next frame" When you
switch from yellow to red I say: "go to previous frame" twice. So that the
position of the timeline of the scoring clip is where it was.
The movie clip contains 9 frames. When you start with one of the squares
turned red and three of them turned yellow. you let the scoring clip start
at frame 7. turn the red one around twice and you get: go to next frame, go
to next frame (+1+1). The clip is now in frame 9. In frame 9 you can place a
animation. When you turn all the yellow squares around you get: -2-2-2.
You're now in frame one. Again you can place a animation in frame one. Whe
you want the four squares to be green you get: +1 -2+1 -2+1 -2+1 = 5 In
frame 5 there's the third animation.
there is a problem though: you can only get in frame 1 by turning them all
red and you only can get in frame 9 by turning them all yellow, but it's not
impossible to get in frame 5 without having the right answer: two reds and
two yellows are also together 5 (7 -2). I think i have to work with larger
numbers to avoid this problem. I'm not quite sure what the solution is but I
will get there, I think.

Thank you,

Andries
