FLASH: how to make mac projector with windows

I hope someone can help me figure this out.

I need to make a projector for a mac OS using Flash for windows.

The manual says that it will create a projector file for the mac with

an hqx extension.

Then it says to use BinHex to translate the files.  Isn't BinHex a mac

program?

What do I need to convert it to so I can put it on a CD?  Has anyone

done this successfully?
