The Animation World Network (http://www.awn.com/), is a terrific online
resource for all types of animation. I found this little tutorial for you
in less than a minute:

Poke around and see what else you unearth.

There are actually better resources in print than on the web for this sort
of thing. "The Animator's Workbook" by Tony White is an excellent intro:
