There's no reason it shouldn't be.

You need to contact the Webmaster of your site about this and tell him

you need it.

When clicking the Flash button at 

http://lahs.losalamos.k12.nm.us/~medendob/enter.html

using MSIE 4 Win 95 I get

404 File not found -

http://lahs.losalamos.k12.nm.us/~medendob/flash/flash/

Note extra /flash!!!
