I don't understand "a HTM file named A more a sub-folder..." but the
general idea is to use the Unix convention:
(omit quotes)
".." refers to the parent directory
"../folderN/b.htm" refers to the file "b.htm" within a folder named
"folderN" that resides in the parent director.
