Thank you Marc,

I visited your website...Whew, I've got a lot to learn, but I'm encouraged
by your skill.

Actually, the twinkling effect that I am trying to create can be found at:

I was trying to figure out what was done to create the center "star", as
well as the "starlike" buttons. If you can help I would appreciate it, if
not...I thank you anyway.
