I ain't no lawyer and I do not work for Macromedia, but I do not see
wording in the Flash license requiring you to adhere to any kind of logo
placement requirements for packaging or within your Flash content when
distributing Flash on CD. It is as if they didn't expect you to
distribute Flash content other than electronically. Director and
Authorware, on the other hand, have very clear logo placement
requirements. They have a folder on the CD and a brochure in the box
called "Made with Macromedia" that tell you everything you would want to
know. If you are worried about it, you might want to simply adhere to
the Made with Macromedia Director requirements.
