FLASH: Wav Import

Using Flash 4, Mac OS 8.1...

I have a wav file I want to import into Flash...but I'm unable

to..."problems reading the file."  It's like this with a number of .wav

files.  No problem with AIFF files though.


Do I have to have AIFF sound files to import sound on the Mac?
