Use windows sound recorder found in programs/accessories/multimedia section
from the start menu.
It will let you increase the volume of your wav and edit it if you want.

Subject: FLASH: Looking for applause SFX/Volume Editing

Hi all,

I am looking for a free (and royalty free) applause wav or some kind of
"correct
answer" sound effect for quiz I am making in Flash. Even something like a
"ding
ding ding" sound would be okay.

I have searched around on the net, and all of what I have found is either
too
large in filesize, or too long in length--any suggestions or SFX you could
pass
to me (legally of course) would be appreciated.

I did find one applause wav that is the right filesize and length, but it's
volume is way too low. Is there some kind of software that will just turn up
the
volume of the wav file?

Any attachments can go to ginaatsitediva [dot] com

Thanks,
Gina
