Subject: Re: FLASH: flash talking to director..help!

Thank you Scott for your response.

I developed an animated menu for a multimedia CD... the menu has 5 buttons
and one of them (VIDEOS) is supposed to go to an specific frame in the
director time line were I offer five video clips (Quick Time) I decided to do
that because Flash can't handle video as good as Director, so I understand
that I can send orders to Director through the getURL command. Like I said
before, I am following the instruction on my book (page 369) and it doesn't
work. I get a script error. This is what I am using

on Flash I have Dali in the URL field

and in director I have
on getURL me stringFromFlash
go to frame stringFromFlash
end

as a handler...
