Hi

you have to set the publish preferences (ctrl + shit f12 I believe)
select the gif checkbox and that you select the gif tab, here you can adjust
the properties of the compression.

Maybe Flash exports your GIF as JPG

Hello list,

I'm working on a project where I use very small GIF's. When I look at the
size report, the original is always smaller (in bytes) than the compressed
version.
Does Flash use the smallest compression? If not how can I make Flash use the
original GIF size?
I've set the bitmap properties to: Compression: Lossless PNG/GIF

Thanks for your advise,

regards, Danielle.
