Aol 4 is IE 4. Period. I'm not a proponent of aol but realize the size of
usage coming from aol.

There are some considerations, such as javascript support and

http://webmaster.info.aol.com/

should help you realize these things.

It is always best to test. Since many of my development attracts aol users,
I maintain an aol account with both 4 and 5 and as far as Flash goes, there
is no difference between the two. But there may be other non Flash related
stuff that may screw you up.

Test with aol. That's all I can say . . .

What about the ?millions of AOL users who have not upgraded to AOL 5 or 6?
Does AOL 4 support all Flash features or only some?
Can AOL 4 support Flash 5 content?

I use AOL at all times and design in Flash and have yet to encounter any
problems whatsoever...
Hope that helps...
