Sorry, I'm not much use here... I know that various devices already in the
market play back SWFs, but I don't own such devices myself and so I don't
retain the details of which is which. (My brain works funny that way....
;-)

The "Partners" page at the Macromedia FlashPlayer site links through to
some, and when I do a google.com search of "'macromedia flash' set-top tv"
then I pull up a range of other hits, but then there's the additional task
of sorting through the models from each manufacturer for which level of SWF
support they offer.

Another path, though, is to start with the model and work backwards... if
you know the manufacturer then it's easier to target the search for which
of their currently-distributed models support which level of SWF. Are you
looking at any particular device for this gig...?
