try making your sounds Start rather than Event (i know, it's backwards from

the manual). something else that i've had success with is having the mouse

press stop all sounds & the mouse release do the gotoandPlay.

Thanks to all who replied to my site check & preloading audio question.

I think I got the preload to work - need to test it on slow modems to

confirm it though.


Now I have another question.

I have a play button in the movie  - if it is clicked during the play, it

needs to start movie from beginning.


This is what is happening on clicking this button while the movie is

playing -

1) If I am just loading audio movie without testing for all audio to be

downloaded

( the way I have it now at www.seeitfirst.com ), clicking on this button

stops current animation + sound and restarts audio & movie from beginning.

This is how it should work.


2) But if I preload animation & audio before the main movie starts -

clicking on this button stops animation but not sound & restarts the

animation & audio from beginning  - so we 2 instances of sound. I have

following action for the down state of button -


stop

stop all sounds

goto and play (1)


Any ideas how this can be solved?
